We started this walk in Hinton-st-George. The parking address takes you to the High Street, but it gets busy and so please park considerately; the village pub, the Poulett Arms, is well-renowned for its food and draws a lot of people. The village itself is interesting and worth a stroll. There’s also a community run village shop in the High Street.
The walk passes through Dinnington, where there’s a good pub that serves food (Dinnington Docks) and skirts the village of Seavington-st-Mary before circling back to Hinton-st-George via Lopen.
